I photograph a maximum of 15 weddings a year. Not because I have to. Because I choose to.
It means that every couple I work with gets my complete and undivided attention, from our very first conversation to the moment I hand over your gallery. No double bookings. No rushing. No strangers on your wedding morning.
Every collection includes a free practice shoot before your wedding day, a detailed planning consultation, flow posing so you always look natural, your photographs delivered within four to six weeks, and me completely in your corner from the moment I arrive to the moment I hug you goodbye.

I introduced wedding film to Casey Photography not because a client asked for it, but because of my children.
When they were small I photographed everything. I loved those photographs. But flicking through them I would look at each one for a moment and move on.
The videos were different. I would stop. Every single time.
Because a photograph shows you what your child looked like. A video shows you who they were.
Couples never regret having the video. They always regret not having it.
When you book Still and Motion with Casey Photography you are not getting a production crew. You are getting me and a trusted second pair of hands, usually my daughter, working as one unified team.

The Fusion Movie - €1,700
My signature film. Still photographs woven with video footage into a single cinematic piece, set to one carefully chosen song, approximately five minutes in length.
Sometimes a frame begins as a still photograph, perfectly composed. Then slowly, almost imperceptibly, it begins to move. The image comes to life. The moment continues.
Not a highlights video. Not a slideshow. Something in between that most couples have never seen before.

THE ANALOG COLLECTION
Some things cannot be replicated digitally.
The warm grain of Super 8 film. The particular quality of light that only 35mm film sees. The sound of a Polaroid developing in your hands.
I spent two years doing night courses at St John's in Cork, fully film based, developing my own negatives and making my own prints. I understand analog photography from the inside.
I still have Polaroids from when I was a teenager. They have scratches on them now, bent corners from being passed to friends who were not as careful as I was. I love them all the same. More, perhaps, because of those marks.
A photograph you hold is worth a thousand you scroll past.
Super 8 Film - €1,500

It is like watching a dream of your wedding. Warm. Imperfect. Luminous.
Shot on real Kodak Super 8 film. Developed by a specialist US film lab. Edited into a finished film of up to five minutes, set to music. The physical reel returned to you.
35mm Film - €400
Add-on to any collection.
Shot on a vintage Minolta. Kodak Portra 400 for warmth and depth, Ilford HP5 for timeless black and white. Film stock chosen to suit your venue and your day.
Developed, scanned and delivered alongside your digital gallery.
Polaroid Colour & Black and White - €600
Add-on to any collection.
Colour - Shot on the Polaroid i-2, the most advanced instant camera ever made.
Considered, deliberately composed instant photographs from your day.
Black and White - Shot on a 1970s Polaroid SX-70. Soft, otherworldly, completely irreplaceable. Images that look like they were found in an old box in a beautiful house.

While you and your guests are having dinner, I am editing.
Before your first dance your guests gather around the dance floor. The lights dim. On an 80 inch screen they watch the story of your wedding day, photographstaken just hours before, already beautiful.
When it ends the screen comes down. The band strikes up. And you walk into your first dance on the highest emotional note of your entire day. I have been doing this since 2015. It is the moment nobody expects and nobody ever forgets.
I supply everything. The laptop, the projector, the 80 inch screen and the speaker.
ALBUMS
A printed photograph is a completely different thing to a digital one.
I watch people skim through photographs on a phone. Hundreds of images, scrolled past in minutes. But when I hand a couple their wedding album something changes. They slow down. They look at every detail on every page. They turn each page slowly, reluctantly, as though they are not quite ready to leave the moment behind.
That reluctance is everything.
