Photography has been a passion of mine all my life.
I’m David, I have dedicated my life to creating lasting images of people in love. I’m a Cork wedding photographer with over 17 years’ experience photographing weddings across Cork, Kerry and throughout Ireland.
My approach is simple. We put the work in early, plan the day properly, and then you are free to enjoy it. When couples feel relaxed, comfortable and looked after, the real moments happen naturally. The laughter, the emotion, the hugs and the quiet in-between moments. That’s what I’m there to photograph.
I don’t believe great wedding photos come from constant posing or interrupting the day. Instead, I focus on creating a calm, organised experience from the very beginning. I help couples plan a timeline that actually works, offer guidance when it’s useful, and give space when it’s not. On the day itself, my role is to blend in when things are flowing and step in confidently when a little direction helps.
My style is colourful, natural and story-driven, with an emphasis on real smiles and genuine emotion. When you look back at your photos, I want you to feel exactly how you felt in that moment. The nerves, the excitement, the joy and the absolute buzz of the day.

It is important for me to get to know you before I can tell your story. I want to know all your plans for your big day, I’ll walk you through every step of your day and plan every detail. I will get to know what is important to you so I can do the best job possible. We do this so you can relax on your wedding day and just enjoy yourself.
Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot
Many couples choose to have a photo shoot to practice before we get to the big day. It helps you see how the day will go, and how easy it will be to produce gorgeous photographs for your special day. The photo shoot will only take thirty minutes and will give you peace of mind that your photos will be beautiful which will help you to relax in front of my camera.
Spend time with Family & Friends
Time with your family and friends is so important at such a special day. This is why we plan every step ahead of time, so we’ll be ready to create beautiful photographs and get you back to the celebrations. We plan for only a thirty or forty minute photo shoot, that is the time it takes to create enough beautiful images, and capture some candid ones in between and not feel too rushed.
Getting Your Pictures Fast
As I specialise in wedding photography, I will begin editing your photos the day after your wedding and aim to have them ready for you within four to six weeks.

I carry the most unique and luxurious albums in the world, the highest quality wall art and something a little different for your day itself. I love to offer couples something no one has ever see before.
I’m based in Cork and photograph weddings throughout Cork city and county, Kerry, and across Munster. I regularly work in West Cork, East Cork and Kerry wedding venues, from intimate celebrations to large weekend weddings, and I’m always happy to travel further for destination weddings elsewhere in Ireland. Having photographed weddings across a wide range of venues and locations, I understand how different days flow and how to plan a relaxed timeline that works wherever you choose to get married.
